Karen A. Palecek, PartnerKAREN A PALECEK is a Co-Managing Member in the Phoenix Law Firm of Palecek & Palecek PLLC where she has 20 years of experience in the area of construction law and construction litigation. The majority of her construction clients are subcontractors and suppliers. However, she does represent general contractors and others connected in the construction industry. She graduated from the University of Dayton Cum Laude in 1983 and the ASU School of Law with a Juris Doctorate Degree in December of 1987. She is a member of the construction section of the State Bar of Arizona and a Co-Chair of the Attorneys’ Council in the American Subcontractor’s Association (“ASA”) and has been for the past three years. From 1995 to 1997 she served on the Board of Directors of the ASA and Chaired the Membership Committee and, in 1995, received the President’s Award at the ASA Excellence in Construction Awards Banquet.
